Biography

Gioachino lo Cascio is a Corleone native resident, the son of Vito and Antonina lo Cascio.

I estimate Gioachino is born around 1679. His wife marries for the first time in 1699, and I estimate she is around 20 years old at this time. I estimate Gioachino is around the same age.

Gioachino marries a widow, Giovanna, or Anna Fruija, as she is called in the record of her first marriage, on 13 March 1702. Vito has died by this time, and Antonina is living.

Gioachino and Giovanna have at least one child, Stefano (c. 1707).

I estimate Stefano is 20 when he marries for the first time.

Gioachino has died by 1715, when his wife, Giovanna, remarries, to Paolo Trumbatore.
